Silent Disco lights up KidsWish House

There was a bright mix of colour, lights and action on the dance floor at the KidsWish School Holiday Disco.

Around 50 children and their families had a ball at KidsWish House at Flinders as they unveiled their dance skills to the beat of the music with headsets provided by The Illawarra Hotel.

Disco lights were also kindly donated by The Illawarra Hotel to help create an amazing atmosphere for the dancers as they tore it up with their dance moves.

Neon face painting and glow sticks added to the colourful atmosphere while the dancers laughed it up with a friendly game of limbo.

It was great to see plenty of new and familiar faces for the January school holiday event.

KidsWish events are designed to offer opportunities for children to develop their social skills and try new experiences.

It was fantastic to see one young dancer who is usually reluctant to have anything on his head take a shine to the headphones and keep them on for several songs during the disco fun.
