Community Voting is complete, and five winners have been selected!
Following four days of community voting at Stockland Shellharbour, the votes have been counted and five children will now proceed to compete in the Celebrity Brick Battle at the Illawarra Annual Brick Show event at 1.30pm on Saturday 20 April.
We will be welcoming local legends from the Illawarra Hawks, the Wollongong Wolves and the St George Illawarra Dragons as celebrities of this special event.

KidsWish Brick Show Competition
Build your own design for your chance to be part of the Celebrity Brick Battle!
We are inviting all children of the Illawarra (aged 7-16yrs) to enter their unique LEGO® build for a chance at winning a spot in one of the Celebrity Brick Battle Teams!
Children can have fun building their own creative design, and can then send through a photo of their build for a panel of judges to select ten finalists to go on display at Stockland Shellharbour. The community will then cast their vote for their favourite build.
The children who have built the four community-favourite builds will be teamed up with a local celebrity and LEGO® Master Builder to compete in the Celebrity Brick Battle which will take place at the Illawarra Annual Brick Show event.

Illawarra Annual Brick Show
The Illawarra Annual Brick Show will be supporting KidsWish again this year, with all profits raised supporting free programs and events for children living with disability or illness.
This year’s event will take place on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 April at Illawarra Sports Stadium and is destined to be bigger and better with the introduction of the all exciting Celebrity Brick Battle!

Name of build: Extreme
Description of build:
It has a mini dance floor. when you walk under the umbrella you are instantly dry. If you jump off the dance floor you can see small yellow fangs. At the back of Extreme there is a tiny computer.

Description of build:
I’m calling it Lightning because he has 2 big boosters that can boost him so quick. His turbo boosters at the back are what make him so quick. Have a look at it! He also has a booster under its wheels.

Description of build:
Baddies are trying to take over the world with Megabot! The police have caught them just in time… but the baddies are putting up a fight!

Name of build: Ninjas vs Robot
Description of build:
A robot has captured the lead ninja and is destroying the forest as it runs from the water and fire ninjas.

Name of build: Clones! Blast ’em!
Description of build:
This model shows clone troopers invading a separatist base located on Raxus in the Outer Rim with one of the clones using a control pad to try to open the door of the base.

Description of build:
There’s a garden with flowers, people visiting and someone watering the garden. The garden has a pond where a crab lives. The cafe is open, and people are taking pictures with the rainbow wall. I’m (Parker) in the middle holding a flower.

Description of build:
Eli’s two biggest passions are designing his own Lego builds and modern Architecture, so he’s combined both passions into this build! It’s a modular style 2-storey 3-bedroom house complete with tonnes of detailed interior finishes and loads of his own custom designed furnishings and furniture.

Name of build: Camping Truck
Description of build:
It has a flag that you can take off the truck to help you if you get lost. It has flames on the front, so it looks cool. It has a lot of space inside. It has three stories inside.

Name of build: Nintendo over the years
Description of build:
Here’s two of the consoles Nintendo has had over the years. A mini version of the Nintendo entertainment system and a Gameboy. King Boo (from Luigi’s mansion) sits in the middle of them.

Name of build: Cyborg Invasion
Description of build:
An alien-robot terrorising a kid through a forest. Can you see the NPU (Nice Part Usage)? I used a roller skate for an earpiece in the cyborg’s ear.
